We are pleased to announce the birth of Jason Derek on February 10th. He weighed 4200 grams (over 9 lbs.) and was born at 9:50 a.m. Holly and the baby are doing very well.
We received the unexpected news two weeks ago was that we have to move out of our house by March 6th. We have been praying and looking for a house but it has not been easy. At this point we have two possible options.
One of the options is more economical and a smaller house. It has a location that I think would allow us to meet many new families. I’ve been having some trouble with the paperwork for this house. The real estate company seems to be coming up with every possible reason not to accept our paperwork. I had to confess to God the other day that I’d had a bad attitude towards the way they were treating me. As if they treated Jesus any better!
The other option is a little beyond what I had wanted to pay, but if it ends up being the only option we’ll go with it. It’s a huge house located about four blocks from where we currently live.
Please pray that God would guide in this process. He obviously wants us to move so we can meet new people.
